Can I get a “Go Dawgs”?

Saturdays are back! Game day looks are essential for all my college gals (hey, even some guys too), especially at the University of Georgia. As you walk down the streets of beautiful Athens, GA, I have an eye for the fashionistas strutting down Lumpkin. From black dresses & red lipstick to sassy flare jeans and a crop top, the fashions are shown through on game day. My sweet friends, Kathleen, Olivia & Libba, all sported their own style this past Saturday…ready to support the dawgs and not only be comfortable, but modeled some sassy looks for the day ahead. All looks incorporate convenient and inexpensive pieces, while keeping their fashions at an all time high.

Kathleen:

Kathleen’s look ranges more towards a bohemian, comfortable outfit. She paired a black and pink floral tassel fringe top with a pair of white shorts to pull all the essential UGA colors together. The two chokers flow with the bohemian feel, and add some extra boldness to the look. These comfy black sandals are necessary for game day, and perfect to walk miles upon miles into sweet Sanford Stadium. Kathleen went ahead and bought a clear purse to use for game days, to hold her red lipstick, extra makeup, etc.–which is the only bag allowed on game day.

Reilley:

As I was looking through my ever-overflowing wardrobe, I knew I wanted to wear something comfortable with less coverage, only because it was a raging 90 degrees on game day. I paired my favorite black and white plaid crop top with my black envelope skirt to incorporate Georgia colors to support my dawgs. This black envelope skirt is essential for EVERYONE’s closet–it is sassy in the front, and then has shorts in the back to keep it comfortable and easy to walk around all day. My black coin Y necklace added a final touch to my look, and gave me an appropriate look to match my style. I wanted to have comfy feet, so I chose to wear my Steve Madden platform sneakers to keep my feet fresh, while allowing myself to walk a hot minute throughout the day.

Olivia:

Olivia’s look is a more simple look, but incorporates her brassy attitude walking down Lumpkin to Sanford Stadium. She paired this black off-the-shoulder shirt with a black skirt to create a ~black dress~ ora, while keeping her outfit comfortable and clear for game day. Her skirt is actually a sweet SKORT, which makes her life much easier as she walks around all day, and keeps everything in check, while staying bold and confident. Her sweet AOII button and red bracelet incorporates all of our fab UGA colors, and even with black as a more deeper color in the look, she looks ready for game day. She paired this look with black platform wedges to pull it all together, and allow her feet some comfort all day long.

Libba:

Libba’s look is a perfect combination of edgy and comfortable for sweet Saturday. She paired her black jean skirt with a comfortable black top to create that same ~black dress~ ora Olivia was going for. She paired her red, stacked tassel earrings with this look to pull the outfit all together, and to add Georgia red to her outfit for game day. Her sassy snake-skin shoes are from American Threads, and are perfect to add comfort and a fashionista’s piece to her look. Libba’s style ranges every outfit, but this look really incorporates a more bohemian, edgy look.
